She turned her head only an inch or two to see the waitress, holding herself taut until the woman left and saying nothing, short of a quick nod of thanks. People she couldn't see bringing her things unpredictably was still unsettling, but Andy was trying to get used to it. It just wasn't going very well, or very quickly.
